At Cryo Rolls our menu is filled with unique, rich and vibrant flavors never derived from artificial flavorings or syrups. We have a variety of permanent flavors to fulfill everyones preferences as well as many weekly rotating flavors to provide a first time experience every week. What makes our product so special? We sell ice cream not air, traditional ice cream is whipped to about 50% air content to increase volume so you get less ice cream per pint. Famously known for its creamy and smooth consistency even Gelato has about 25% air content. How much air is whipped into ours? Nearly none, resulting in an incredibly smooth and rich rolled ice cream unmatched by any traditional ice cream.
